Our Story
It started with a reflection in a boardroom window.
I was 27, working in finance, and my life was a spreadsheet of calculated moves. Long hours, evening business classes, and a relentless drive to get ahead. I had my career path mapped out. I invested in my clothes to look the part. I was doing everything right.
But every day around 3 PM, my focus would break. I’d catch my reflection and see it: a greasy forehead shining under the office lights.
It was a small thing, but it felt like a huge mismatch. Here I was, trying to be taken seriously as a professional, but my skin looked like I was back in high school. Before a big presentation or a date, a random pimple would appear, feeling like a "little burden on my shoulders".
So, I decided to build what I couldn't find.
Our signature product.
My bathroom cabinet became a "product graveyard". Mass-market cleansers that did nothing for my oily skin, complicated serums I’d found after hours of online research, charcoal soaps that promised the world and delivered nothing. It was exhausting. I didn’t want a new hobby; I wanted a solution. A final one.
I realized the problem wasn't me—it was the industry. No one was speaking to guys like us. Guys who care about their appearance but whose main focus is on their goals, their career, their life—not on a complicated skincare routine.
